Carry out energy efficiency and hydraulic studies where they are raised the possibilities of reducing monthly costs of each condominium. Then solutions are proposed and implemented, often without generating costs or disorders.
In order to achieve greater economic and environmental sustainability, our projects also include solutions such as use of renewable energy sources, reuse of rainwater among others.
